Payments

We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa and other major payment methods.

Promo codes cannot be used in conjunctions with other discounts or promotion. Only 1 promo code can be applied in a single checkout.

Unfortunately, we're unable to apply discounts or provide reimbursements to an order that has already been made.

Product Care

Our jewellery are crafted using high quality materials such as 925 sterling silver, 14kt and 18kt gold. If you are purchasing a gemstone jewellery, all our gemstones are naturally sourced. Materials used in each products are listed on every product page.

100% YES! All our jewellery are waterproof.

However, to preserve and maintain the condition of your jewellery, it is always advisable to remove your jewellery before entering the shower as soap and other chemicals may damage the protectivce layer of your precious pieces of jewellery.

Shipping

Duties and taxes are not calculated during our checkout process. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may be incurred. Duties and taxes are determined by your local customs and have to be paid before delivery can proceed. 

For local (Singapore) orders: 2 to 3 working days by Standard Courier Delivery

For shipments to all other countries, we estimate between 5-7 working days for each order.
